四肢创伤骨折患者急性疼痛的护理管理

近年来,国际疼痛研究协会越来越关注患者的急性疼痛,对于急性疼痛的治疗,医务人员已经从保守治疗变为主动治疗,镇痛方式也逐渐向多模式过渡,但急性疼痛的镇痛不足现象依然存在。对于创伤骨折患者存在的急性疼痛问题,本课题组组建了疼痛护理小组,通过小组的建设,疼痛知识的培训,以及临床实践等活动,提高了护士及患者对疼痛的认知水平,增加了患者实施疼痛自我管理的意识,从而得到专业的疼痛护理。

Acute pain care and management of limbs trauma

In recent years, the international pain research association have paid more and more attention to patients＇ acute pain. For the treatment of acute pain, medical staff have transformed the conservative treatment to active treatment and analgesic methods have also gradually changed to the multi.-model analgesic methods, but analgesia deficiency of acute pain still exists. For the trauma fracture patients＇ acute pain, we established pain care team. By delivering team members construction, pain knowledge training, and clinical practice, we improved nursing staff and patients＇ cognitive level of pain, increased patients＇ self management consciousness of pain and helped the patients to get professional pain care.
