术前音乐干预联合心理护理在妇科肿瘤患者围手术期的应用研究

目的探讨术前音乐干预联合心理护理对妇科肿瘤患者围手术期心理状况的影响。方法将82例患妇科肿瘤需行手术治疗的患者随机分为两组,对照组40例患者采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,同时给予术前音乐干预联合心理护理的综合性护理措施。结果观察组患者抑郁自评(SDS)得分、焦虑自评(SAS)得分出院时均显著降低(P<0.05),对照组患者的两项评分入院与出院时差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前音乐干预联合心理护理可有效缓解妇科肿瘤患者围手术期的抑郁和焦虑状况,提高患者的心理健康水平,对患者顺利度过围手术期有利。

Application research on preoperative music intervention combined with psychological care in perioperative nursing of gynecological tumors patients

Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative music intervention combined with psychological care in the perioperative nursing of gynecological tumors patients. Methods 82 gynecological tumors patients needed surgical treatment were selected and divided into two groups. In control group, 40 patients were nursed under routine care. In observation group, 42 patients were nursed by preoperative music intervention combined with psychological care on the base of control group. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in observation group reduced significantly when leave hospital （ P 〈 0. 05）. The differences of the scores of SDS and SAS in control group were not significant （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Preoperative music intervention combined with psychological care can reduce the depression and anxiety of patients and improve the mental health level.
