煎药机煎煮加水量与时间对旋覆代赭汤5种有效成分溶出量的影响

摘    要:目的以旋覆代赭汤为主要研究对象,运用中药煎药机煎煮,对影响煎煮质量的加水量、煎煮时间等相关参数进行综合研究,初步得出旋覆代赭汤在机器煎煮时的最佳煎煮工艺。方法煎煮时间:20、30、40、50、60、120 min;加水量:3、6、9、12倍;煎煮次数:1次;对以上参数进行排列组合确定煎煮工艺。每种工艺取旋覆代赭汤10剂,不浸泡,煎药机煎煮,重复3次。HPLC法测定其煎煮液中所含5种有效成分人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、甘草酸铵、绿原酸含量,计算、分析结果,得出结论。结果在煎药机煎煮时,加水量对与煎煮时间有效成分的溶出影响较大。结论初步认定煎药机煎煮旋覆代赭汤时的最佳煎煮工艺为煎煮时间为50 min,加水量为9倍药材重量。

Abstract:Objective To study comprehensively the relevant parameters such as water volume and decoction time in the impacts on the decoction quality so as to conclude preliminarily the optimal decoction process with tisane machine by taking xuanfu daizhe tang as the subject. Methods Decoction time :20 min, 30 min,40 min,50 min,60 min and 120 min;water volume:3 times,6 times,9 times and 12 times;decoction frequency : 1 time. By the permutation and combination of the above parameters, the decoction process was determined. For each process, 10 doses of xuanfu daizhe tang were used, no soaking ahead, decocted with tisane machine and repeated for 3 times. HPLC was adopted to detect the contents of the five effective components in the decoction, named ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl, glycyrrhizic acid ammonium and chlorogenic acid. The results were calculated and analyzed for the final conclusion. Results For the decoction preparation with tisane machine,the water volume and decoction time greatly impacted the dissolubility of the effective components. Conclusion It is determined preliminarily that the best decoction process of xuanfu daizhe tang with tisane machine is : decoction for 50 min, adding water 9 times as the weight of herbal materials.
