摘    要:目的:探讨肺与各种舌象的相关性,促进中医诊断规范化的发展。方法:对7 680例当代名医医案、1 018例临床病例中肺与舌象的关系进行研究,并用双层频权剪叉算法计算出各种舌象对肺的诊断权值。结果:黄苔、红舌不仅是在肺的病例中出现频率较高的舌象,黄苔、红舌病例中涉及肺的比率亦较高,黄苔、红舌对肺的诊断权值也较高。结论:肺与黄苔、红舌及腻苔的关系较为密切。

Abstract:Objective: To study the correlation between lung and tongue manifestation to help promote the standardization of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: We collected 7680 cases of modern famous doctors and 1018 other clinical cases,with which to study the correlation between lung and tongue manifestation.Algorithm of double levels of frequency and weight was used to estimate the contribution of tongue manifestation to the diagnosis of lung diseases.Results: Yellow tongue coat and red tongue were tongue manifestations frequently found in lung diseases,and lung was the organ highly involved in diseases with yellow tongue coat and red tongue,so yellow tongue coat and red tongue made a big contribution to the diagnosis of lung diseases.Conclusion: There is a relatively close relationship between lung and yellow tongue coat and red tongue.
