| 摘 要： | 对102例缺血性脑血管病中西医结合等容血液稀释前后血液流变性和甲襞微循环进行检测。结果表明,缺血性脑血管病患者Hct、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原均明显升高(与健康对照组比较P<0.01),红细胞电泳时间延长(P<0.05),存在不同程度的微循环障碍。提示:中西医结合等容血液稀释能明显降低血液粘度(P<0.001),改善血液流变性和微循环。

| Abstract: | Changes of hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation before and after treated With Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine (TCM—WM) isometric hemodilutipn for 102 cases ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were observed. The results showed that the hematocrit of red blood cell whole blood specific viscosity plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen in the patient with iachemic cerebrovascular diseases become obviously higher (than the normal control group, P<0. 01), the tirne of RBC electrophoresis last longer (P<0. 05), there were diffrent degree on the obstriction of the microcirculation in the same time. It is suggested that TCM—WM isometric hemodilution could obviously reduced the viscosity (P<0. 01), and improved the fluidty of blood and microcirculation. |
