| 摘 要： | 目的总结青光眼滤过术后浅前房的常见原因和处理方法。方法回顾我院2005年7月至2009年6月157例（177眼）青光眼滤过手术中，术后发生浅前房的情况、原因及处理方法。结果54眼术后发生浅前房及无前房，发生率30．51％。其中房水引流过畅38眼，结膜瓣渗漏6眼，睫状环阻滞6眼，脉络膜脱离4眼。结论青光眼术后浅前房发生率高，其中最常见的原因是房水引流过畅，大多数浅前房可通过保守治疗恢复。

| Abstract: | objective To summarize the common causes and treatment of flat anterior chamber after glaucoma filtering surgery.Methods We reviewed 157 cases,177 eyes of fiat anterior chamber after glaucoma filtering surgery.as well as causes and treatment in our hospital from July 2005 10 June 2009.Results 54 eyes(30.5%)have flat and absent anterior chamber after operation.In those cases ,38 eyes (70.3%)had excessive aqueous humor drainage,6 eyes(11.1%)had eonjunctival leakage,6 eyes (11.1%)had ciliary block,4 eyes(7.4%)had choroid detachment.Conclusions There was high incidence of flat anterior chamber after glaucoma filtering surgery,the most common cause is excessive aqueous humor drainage,and most of the flat anterior chamber can be treated by conservation restoration. |
