| 摘 要： | 目的了解恶性周围神经鞘瘤的临床表现及发病情况,加强对此疾病的认识。方法对1例以糖尿病足为发病形式的恶性周围神经鞘瘤进行正确的诊断及治疗,并复习相关文献。结果对此例以糖尿病足为发病形式的恶性周围神经鞘瘤,进行截趾治疗,去除病灶,并进行全身状况的评估,防止复发。结论以糖尿病足为表现的恶性周围神经鞘瘤罕见,恶性度高,手术为首选治疗方法。临床上应该加强对该疾病的认识,早诊断、早治疗,提高生存率。对发生于趾端的恶性周围神经鞘瘤应注意与糖尿病足相鉴别。 |
