健心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭65例临床观察

目的；探讨健心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法：将128例气虚（阳虚）血瘀、水饮内停证CHF患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组63例，治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服健心颗粒，连续治疗8周，比较两组临床症状、中医证候疗效及心功能、血浆脑钠肽（BNP）水平改善情况。结果：两组临床症状、中医证候、心功能均有明显改善．且BNP水平均下降；治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：在常规西医治疗基础上加服健心颗粒，可以进一步改善患者的临床症状、心功能及生活质量，安全有效且末出现不良反应。

Clinical Observation on 65 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure Treated with Jianxin Granules

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Jianxin Granules on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:128 cases of Qi deficiency(Yang deficiency),blood stasis and accumulation of excessive fluid in the body were randomly divided into a treatment group of 65 cases and a control group of 63 cases.The treatment group were treated with routine treatment and Jianxin Granules,and the control group with the routine treatment for 8 consecutive weeks.The therapeutic effects on clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome,improvement of cardiac function and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) level were compared between the two groups.Results:Clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome and cardiac function improved significantly in the two groups.BNP level decreased,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine treatment of western medicine combined with Jianxin Granules can further improve clinical symptoms,cardiac function and life quality of the patient with safety,effectiveness,and no reverse effect.
