| 摘 要： | 目的探讨韩信草的药材质量标准。方法考察韩信草性状、显微特征,用化学方法和薄层色谱法对韩信草进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法进行定量研究。结果详细描述出了韩信草的性状、显微特征;化学鉴别反应呈黄酮类及酚类成分的正反应,薄层色谱中在与对照品色谱相应位置上显相同颜色斑点;高效液相色谱法简便、专属性强。结论所用方法可用于韩信草的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the scientific basis for the utilization and development of Herba Scutellaria indica.Methods The pharmacognostical methods were employed.And the bioactive constituents were analyzed by TLC and HPLC.Results The morphological and histological characters of Herba Scutellaria indica were observed.Conclusion The methods developed in this experiment can be used for the quality control of Herba Scutellaria indica. |
