细叶黑三棱挥发油化学成分分析

摘    要:目的:分析细叶黑三棱挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细叶黑三棱挥发油,经GC/MS结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各化学成分的相对含量。结果:从其挥发油中分离出11个色谱峰,鉴定出9种化合物。占挥发油总量的94.978%。结论:挥发油主要成分为棕榈酸(33.226%)、亚油酸(14.941%)、邻苯二甲酸双(2-甲氧基)乙酯(13.482%)、邻苯二甲酸双(2-甲基)丙酯(12.382%)。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the chemical compositions of volatile oil from Sparganium Stenophyllum.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted from Sparganium Stenophyllum by steam distillation. Then, the chemical compositions of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC/MS, and their relative amounts were determined by area normalization method.Results:11 peaks and 9 compounds were separated and identified, accounting about 94.978% of the total volatile oil.Conclusion:The major compounds were as follows: hexadecanoci acid(33.226%); 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (14.941%); 1,2-benzenedicarboxylicaid,bis(2-methoxy ethyl)ester (13.482%); 1,2-benzenedicarboxylicaid,bis(2-methyl propyl)ester (12.382%).
