2013年上海市浦东新区远郊1179名中学生心理健康状况及其影响因素调查

目的探讨上海市浦东新区远郊地区中学生心理健康状况及影响因素，为远郊地区开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法于2013年5月采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对上海市浦东新区远郊某地区1179名中学生进行心理健康调查，并采用SPSS13．0统计学软件进行统计分析。结果调查1179名中学生，心理问题检出率为9．41％，心理问题检出率排在前3位的是强迫症状、敌对和偏执。高中生心理问题检出率显著高于初中生（P〈0．05）。年龄、是否独生、家庭关系、学习成绩、同学关系是中学生心理健康状况的重要影响因素。结论浦东新区远郊地区中学生的心理健康水平总体较好，应继续加强对远郊地区中学生的心理健康教育。

Survey on the Mental Health and its Influencing Factors Among 1 179 High School Students in Outer Suburbs,Pudong New Area,Shanghai City, 2013

Objective To explore the mental health status of high school students in outer suburbs of Pudong new area,so as to provide the basis for mental health education in outer suburbs. Methods The mental health status of 1 179 high school students of a suburban area in Pudong new area was surveyed by SCL-90,and SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results The detection rate of mental problem was 9.41%, the top three mental prob- lems were obligation,hostility and paranoid. The detection rate of mental problem of senior high school students was sig- nificantly higher than the junior high school students （ P 〈 0.05）. Age, begotten, family relationship, academic perform- ance, the relationship between students were the important influence factors of mental health of high school students. Conclusion Overall,the mental health status of high school students in outer suburbs of Pudong new area is at a better level,mental health education for high school students in outer suburbs should continue to be strengthened.
