腹腔镜下经自然腔道直肠癌切除术的临床应用(附42例报告)

目的探讨腹腔镜下经自然腔道直肠癌切除术的临床应用价值。方法对42例直肠癌患者行腹腔镜下经自然腔道直肠癌切除术治疗进行回顾分析。结果 42例手术均成功,平均手术时间130min,平均术中出血80mL,术后平均胃肠蠕动恢复时间为36h,平均住院时间为7d,无明显并发症。结论腹腔镜下经自然腔道直肠癌切除术安全可行,无腹部切口,手术损伤小、恢复快,值得推广应用。

Laparoscopic anterior resection rectal cancer with NOTES

Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopic anterior resection rectal cancer with Natural OrificeTranslumenal Endoscopic Surgery（NOTES）.Methods The clinical deta of 42 cases with laparoscopic anterior resection rectal cancer with NOTES were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results The operation was successfully performed in 42 cases,the average operative time was 130 min,the mean blood loss was 80 ml,the average recovery time of postoperative bowel function was 36 h,the average hospital stay was 7d;no complications occurred.Conclusionlaparoscopic anterior resection rectal cancer with NOTES is an effective and safe treatment.It has the advantages of no abdominal incision,minimal incision,and rapid recovery.thus being worthy of clinically wider application.
