大鼠扣带回与大脑皮质运动区的神经纤维联系

摘    要:本研究采用皮质内微电极刺激和双重逆行荧光标记相结合的方法 ,探讨了扣带回与大脑皮质一级运动中枢不同机能代表区之间的纤维联系。在确定颜面、前肢和后肢在大脑皮质的机能代表区的基础上 ,将逆行性荧光物质分别微量注入到上述各部位 ,观察和计数在扣带回被逆行标记的细胞。结果表明 ,投射到颜面机能代表区的神经元分布在扣带回的吻、腹侧部 ;投射到前肢机能代表区的神经元分布在尾、背侧部 ;未见到从扣带回投射到后肢机能代表区的神经元。提示扣带回可能与二级运动中枢共同组成运动的高级中枢实现对复杂的随意运动的调控

Abstract:The relations between cingulate areas and motor cortex of the rat are unclear. We combined the intracortical microstimuli and double reverse fluorescent tracing methods to study the fibrous connections between cingulate areas and motor cortex in rat brain. The retrograde fluorescent tracer was injected into motor cortex that was involved in face, forelimbs and hindlimbs, respectively, and the retrogradely labeled cells were observed and counted in cirgulate cortex. The results showed that the neurons associated with the face were distributed in the anterior and ventral areas, and those associated with the forelimb were distributed in the posterior and retrial areas of cingulate cortex. We have never found any neurons associated with hindlimbs in cingulate areas.
