| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症（OSAHS）与老年冠心病患者病情之间的关系。方法对27例老年冠心病住院患者进行微动敏感床垫睡眠监测系统检查,根据监测结果把患者分成OSAHS组14例与非OSAHS组13例,比较两组间年龄,体重指数,心肌梗死、心律失常、心力衰竭的发生率。结果OSAHS组体重指数,心律失常、心力衰竭发生率高于非OSAHS组（P〈0.05）;OSAHS组心律失常类型主要是室上性快速心律失常。结论OSAHS可能促进老年冠心病患者病情的发展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnoea syndrome(OSAHS)on coronary heart disease in the elder.Methods 27 aged coronary heart disease patients were selected and divided into non-OSAHS,OSAHS groups according sleep apnea-hypopnoea index(AHI).Their age,body mass index,the incidence of myocardial infarction,heart failure,arrhythmia were compared.Results There were significantly higher incidences of heart failure,arrhythmia in OSAHS group than in non-OSAHS group,as well as body mass index.Conclusion OSAHS may aggravate the coronary heart disease in elderly patients. |
