| 摘 要： | 肺部真菌感染日渐增多，但临床诊断治疗不易，往往被误诊为细菌性肺炎或仅凭痰培养分离出真菌而做出诊断，易造成误诊误治或过诊过治。对于抗真菌不合理、不规范治疗亦较常见。因此，对侵袭性肺真菌病的诊治工作亟待规范。

| Abstract: | The incidences of invasive pulmonary fungal infection(IPFI)have increased day by day,however,its clinical diagnosis and treatment is difficult.IPFI is usually misdiagnosed as bacterial pneumonia or diagnosis of IPFI is made only according to positive result of sputum fungi culture.It is usually result in misdiagnosis and mistreatment or over diagnosis and over treatment for IPFI;meanwhile unreasonable and non-standardized usage of antifungal drugs has often occurred in clinical practice.So program of diagnosis and treatment of IPFI should be standardized urgently. |
