| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高强度超声（HIU，声强50W／cm^2)，治疗兔子宫内膜VX2肿瘤对卵巢功能的影响。方法：将20只新西兰大白兔随机分为两组，HIU治疗组（n=10)，对照组（n=10)，比较两组兔的卵巢重量及卵泡发育情况，同时对HIU治疗前后动情周期及治疗侧与侧卵巢重量及卵泡发育情况进行比较。结果：HIU组与对照组的卵泡发育情况及卵巢重量无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：声强50W／cm2的HIU治疗兔子宫内膜移植性肿瘤没有引起卵巢功能早衰。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the influence of high intensity ultrasound(HIU)on ovarian function in treating endometrial VX2 carcinoma of rabbits.Methods：Twenty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the HIU group(n=10) which was treated with HIU(50W/cm2,10MHz)and the control group(n=10).The ovarian weight and the follicular development of the HIU treated rabbits were examined in comparison with those of the control group.Meanwhile, the estrus cycle before and after HIU treatment,ovarian weight and follicular development in the HIU treated side and the contralateral side were compared.Results:There were no difference in ovarian weight and follicular development between the HIU group and the control group,and between the HIU treated side from the contralateral side either.The estrus cycle has also no difference before and after HIU treatment.Conclusions:Premature ovarian failure was not identified when HIU with an intensity of 50W/cm2 had been applied to treat endometrial carcinoma in rabbits. |
