星状神经节、枕大神经阻滞并针刀松解加C2横突注射治疗颈源性头痛的疗效

摘    要:目的 观察星状神经节、枕大神经阻滞并针刀松解加C2横突注射治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效.方法 颈源性头痛患者60例,患者随机均分为A、B两组,B组患者采用枕大神经阻滞并针刀松解加C2横突注射.A组患者另加星状神经节阻滞.记录疗程后各时点VAS评分,并于12个月时评定效果.结果 两组患者治疗后各时点VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);A组患者优良率86.7%(26/30例)高于B组63.3%(19/30例)(P<0.05).结论 星状神经节与枕大神经阻滞并针刀松解加C2横突注射治疗颈源性头痛是一种有效的方法.

Efficacy of stellate ganglion block combined with great occipital nerve block,acupotomy lysis and C2 transverse process injection in the treatment of patients with cervical headache

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of stellate ganglion block combined with great occipital nerve block, acupotomy lysis and Cz transverse process injection with cervical headache. Methods Sixty patients with cervical headache groups A and B. Patients in group B were received great occipital nerve in the treatment of patients were randomly divided into block, acupotomy lysis and C2 transverse process injection, while group A were received stellate ganglion block in addition. VAS was recorded at each time points after the course of treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated at 12 months after the treatment. Results Compared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased at each time points after the course(P〈0.05); the effective and good rate was 86.7%(26/30 cases) in group A, which was significantly higher than that in group B (63.3%, 19/30 cases) (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with great occipital nerve block, acupotomy lysis and C2 transverse process injection is an effective method in the treatment of patients with cervical head- ache.
