滑动性神经松动术对慢性腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效

目的 观察滑动性腰神经松动术对慢性腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛和生活质量的疗效.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者43例,按照随机数字表法分为松动组22例和按摩组21例.两组患者均接受腰椎牵引和腰部按摩,按摩组在常规康复基础上增加1次腰部按摩,松动组在常规康复的基础上增加腰神经滑动性神经松动术,两组治疗时间均为21 d.于治疗前、后1d分别按疼痛视觉模拟量表法（VAS）、内收位直腿抬高试验角度、下腰痛评定表（JOA score）评定疗效.结果 治疗前两组各指标差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,治疗后松动组患者疼痛、内收位直腿抬高角度和JOA评分改善均优于按摩组（P＜0.05）.结论 腰神经根滑动性松动术联合常规康复治疗可明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛和日常生活活动能力.

Efficacy of slide neurodynamic techniques in the treatment of patients with chronic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To observe the effects of slide neurodynamic techniques on pain and life quality in the treatment of patients with chronic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Forty-three patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the loosening group（22 cases）and massage group （21 cases） by random number table. All patients received lumbar traction and waist massage, while massage group were received additional waist massage based on the routine rehabilitation, the loosening group were added slide neurodynamic techniques of lumbar nerve based on the routine rehabilitation, they were treated for 21 d. VAS, angle of adduction straight leg raising test, JOA score were recorded before and after the treatment. Results No difference was found in all parameters between the two groups before the treatment （P〉0. 05）. VAS, angle of adduction straight leg raising test, JOA score were significantly better in loosening group than those in massage group after the treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Slide neurodynamic techniques combined with the routine rehabilitation can improve the pain and life quality in the treatment of patients with chronic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
