老年血液透析患者肺部感染因素分析及护理干预

目的:研究老年血液透析患者并发肺部感染的相关因素及护理干预的作用,为降低此类患者肺部感染率提供依据。方法:对照分析既往的78例老年血液透析患者潜在肺部感染的相关因素,对95例老年血液透析患者,采用预防肺部感染的综合性护理措施,比较其肺部感染的发生率。结果:老年血液透析患者肺部感染与免疫功能缺陷、营养不良、多种合并症、家庭社会支持、心理因素等关系密切,采用预防性护理干预后,95例老年血液透析患者的肺部感染发生率明显降低。结论:在老年血液透析护理中,采用预防性护理干预,有利于降低肺部感染的发生率。

The Factors Resulting in Lung Infection and Nursing Intervention for Senile Patients with Hemodialysis

Objective: To explore the correlative factors of senile patients in hemodialysis complicated with lung infection and effect of nursing intervention,and raise some bases for decreasing the rate of lung infection.Methods:Ninety-five senile patients with hemodialysis adopted synthesis nursing measures for preventing lung infection according to the correlative factors of lung infection of previous 78 senile patients with hemodialysis in the past.Lung infection rate was compared between the two groups.Results:Lung infection of senile patient suffered hemodialysis had something to do with many immunologic inadequacy and malnutrition and multiple complications and support of home and society and psychologic factors.The rate of lung infection of 95 senile patients suffered hemodialysis decreased remarkably after preventive nursing intervention adopted.Conclusion:Preventive nursing intervention should have advantage in decreasing the rate of lung infection during nursing senile patients suffered hemodialysis.
