脑与脾肾的关系探讨

脑主神明论首先由《内经》提出,道家发挥为"脑主元神"。它是人体百神之主,具有统御众神的功能,人体的各种神明活动均由其主宰。文章从脑与脾肾的关系入手,进行文献上的梳理。脾肾为先后天之本,脑与脾肾在生理上息息相关,在病理上相互联系。脏腑不调、影响及脑其中包括肾不藏精,髓不充脑;脾胃素虚,脑失所养;脏腑不调,影响及脑。

The theory "Brain dominating Consciousness"was put forth in inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor.Taoist thought it as "Brain controlling basic Spirit",the basic spirit is responsible for all of the spirit of the body.That is to say,it refer to all mental activities and organs fuction.In this essay we have arranged related literature from the relationship of brain and kidney-spleen.The spleen is the "source of postnatal life"while the kidney is the "foundation of prenatal life".Brain and kidney-spleen nourish each other.In the same time,they affected pathologically either.If kidney fails in storing Essence,marrow does not nourish brain;If function of spleen and stomach is weak,Brains nutritive substance will reduces.If function of zang-fu organs dose not play well,does not brain.
