马鞍山市雨山社区居民慢性病患病现况分析

目的：调查马鞍山市雨山社区居民慢性非传染性疾病的患病情况。方法：以雨山区常住户口总人口作为研究总体,随机抽取辖区内57个居委,抽中户的所有人作为调查对象。使用在北京师范大学专家技术指导下社区中心制订的《居民健康情况调查表》,由专职人员逐一上门进行问卷调查。结果：马鞍山市雨山社区居民中慢性非传染性疾病自报患病率分别为：高血压13.67%,糖尿病3.15%,冠心病1.02%,脑卒中0.94%。结论：马鞍山市雨山社区居民慢性非传染性疾病以高血压病居首,多种疾病同时患有,提示在社区中开展慢性非传染性疾病防治工作刻不容缓。

Investigation of non-communicable chronic disease in Yushan community,Ma'anshan city

Objective To investigate the status quo of chronic non-communicable disease in Yushan community,Maanshan city.Methods The residents in 57 blocks in Yushan village were randomly selected.Personal health questionnaire formulated by the community center of Yushan guided by the specialist from Beijing Normal University was carried out.Results Self-report resident＇s morbidity of chronic non-communicable disease was as follows： hypertension 13.67%,diabetes 3.15%,coronary heart disease 1.02% and stroke 0.94%.Conclusion Hypertension morbidity is No.1 in the non-communicable chronic disease.At the same time,residents suffered from various diseases,and had a number of common risk factors.It was of great urgency to carry out the work to prevent and control chronic non-communicable diseases.
