大学生主观幸福感及其与自尊的关系

目的研究大学生主观幸福感及其与自尊的关系。方法应用主观幸福感问卷和自尊量表对298名大学生进行调查,在SPSS11．5中采用描述统计、t检验和积差相关进行分析。结果①大学生生活满意度、消极情感均低于中等水平,积极情感稍高于中等水平;②男生生活满意度显著低于女生,消极情感显著高于女生。独生子女生活满意度显著高于非独生子女,消极情感显著低于非独生子女;③自尊与生活满意度、积极情感均呈显著正相关,与消极情感呈显著负相关。结论大学生主观幸福感处于中等水平,并分别存在性别、是否独生子女差异。自尊对主观幸福感具有正向影响作用。

College Students' Subjective Well-being and Its Relationship with Self-esteem

Objective To explore college students＇ subjective well-being and its relationship with self-esteem. Methods 298 students were measured by Subjective Well-being Questionnaire and the Self-Esteem Scale. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, T test and Pearson product-moment correlation in SPSS 11.5 program. Results ①College students＇ life satisfaction and negative affection were lower than median, while positive affection were higher than median. ②Male was significantly lower than female in life satisfaction, while higher in negative affection. One-child was significantly higher than non-only-child in life satisfaction, while lower in negative affection. ③Self-esteem was positively correlated with life satisfaction and positive affection, while negatively correlated with negative affection. Conclusion College students＇ subjective well-being was in middle level, and had some differences in different gender and whether the one-child. Self-esteem was a positive factor to influence subjective well-being.
