摘    要:目的建立测定复方水杨酸酊中水杨酸和苯甲酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用PhenomenexLunaC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸-水(20:5:5:70)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为231nm,柱温为30℃。结果水杨酸的质量浓度线性范围为10.3~51.6μg/mL(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.00%,RSD为1.46%(n=9);苯甲酸的质量浓度线性范围为20.0-100.0μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.41%,RSD为1.36%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性好,灵敏度高,可同时测定复方水杨酸酊中水杨酸和苯甲酸的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in compound salicylic acid Tincture. Methods The separation was performed by adopting the Phenomenex Luna C18 column (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) and with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-glacial acetic acid-water (20:5:5:70) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 231 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve of salicylic acid and benzoic acid were linear within the range of 10.3-51.6 μg/mL(r=0.999 6) and 20.0-100.0μg/mL(r=0.999 9),the RSD were 1.46% and 1.36% (n =9) respectively. The average recovery rates were 101.41%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,better specific and highly sensitive, and can simultaneously determine the contents of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in compound salicylic acid tincture.
