复方阿嗪米特治疗老年功能性消化不良80例

目的观察复方阿嗪米特治疗老年功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性。方法选取80例功能性消化不良的老年患者,口服复方阿嗪米特,每次0.15 g,每天3次,治疗2周,比较服药前后餐后饱胀感、早饱、上腹疼痛、上腹灼烧感等症状评分,观察有无不良反应。结果治疗第1周餐后饱胀感、早饱、上腹疼痛、上腹灼烧感各项症状积分及症状总积分与治疗前1周比较,均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗第2周餐后饱胀感、早饱症状积分与治疗第1周比较,明显下降(P<0.05)。所有病例均未见任何严重不良反应。结论复方阿嗪米特治疗老年功能性消化不良效果好且安全性较高。

Compound Azintamide in Treating 80 Cases of Elderly Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Azintamide in the treatment of elderly functional dys pepsia. Methods Eighty elderly cases with functional dyspepsia were enrolled and given Compound Azintamide Enteric Coated Tablets O. 15 g, 3 times daily for 2 weeks. The change of symptom scores of postprandial fullness, early satiation, epigastric pain and epigastric burning were observed before and after treatment. The adverse reactions were observed after treatment. Results The symptom scores of postprandial fullness, early satiation, epigastric pain and epigastric burning, and the total scores were significantly decreased compared with pre treatment 1 week（ P 〈 0.05）. The symptom scores of postprandial fullness and early satiation after 2 week treatment were significantly decreased compared with those after 1 week treatment（ P 〈0.05）. No severe adverse reactions after treatment appeared in all cases. Conclusion Compound Azintamide is effective and highly safe in the treatment of elderly functional dyspepsia.
