心血管疾病患者脑卒中相关危险因素的研究进展

脑卒中具有发病率高、病死率高、致残率高和复发率高的"四高"特点,严重危害患者生命,影响患者生活质量,给患者及其家庭和社会带来沉重负担。心血管疾病患者是脑卒中的潜在高危人群,降低心血管患病人群的脑卒中发病率,对我国脑卒中防控效果具有广泛而深刻的影响。心血管疾病患者发生脑卒中相关危险因素众多,包括高血压、心房颤动、左心室肥厚、糖尿病、颈动脉斑块、高同型半胱氨酸血症等。该文通过分析以上相关危险因素,进一步了解这些危险因素促进脑卒中发生的相关机制及危险程度,从而更好地预防脑卒中的发生。

Research Progress on the Risk Factors of Stroke in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

Stroke greatly threatens the patientslives and affect the their quality of life with the characteristics of high incidence,high mortality,high disability rate and high recurrence rate,that brings heavy burden to the patients,families and society.As patients with cardiovascular diseases are the potential high-risk population of stroke,decreasing the incidence of stroke among patients with cardiovascular diseases will have extensive and profound influence on the prevention and control of stroke in China.Risk factms of stroke in patients with cardiovascular diseases are various,including hypertension,LVH,diabetes,carotid artey plaques,Hhcy and so on.Here is to make a review of the such risk factors,so as to get further understanding of the mechanism and risk degree of stroke induced by them and effectively prevent the onset of stroke.
