熄风胶囊治疗小儿良性癫痫的临床研究

目的探讨熄风胶囊治疗小儿良性癫痫的临床效果。方法将2010年1月至2012年12月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的60例良性癫痫患儿作为研究对象,按照简单随机化原则分为两组:熄风胶囊治疗组(30例)采用熄风胶囊治疗,卡马西平治疗组(30例)采用卡马西平治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、脑电图局灶放电情况以及脑电图痫样放电频度。结果治疗后,两组患儿治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(u=1.20,P>0.05),局灶性放电频数及局灶性放电部位比较差异均无统计学意义(u=1.71,1.78,P<0.05);两组患儿清醒、快波睡眠以及慢波睡眠的脑电图痫样放电频度较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且熄风胶囊治疗组较卡马西平治疗组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论采用熄风胶囊治疗中央颞区棘波的小儿良性癫痫对临床发作的控制程度与卡马西平相似,但脑电图痫样放电频度改善程度优于卡马西平。

Study on the Clinical Effect of Xifeng Capsule in Treatment for Benign Childhood Epilepsy

Objective To explore the curative effect of Xifeng Capsule in treatment for benign childhood epilepsy.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with benigh epilepsy admitted in Maternal and Children Heahh Care Hospital of Dongchangfu District from Jan.2010 to Dec.2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group：Xifeng capsule group,treated with Xifeng capsule; carbamazepine group,treated with carbamazepine.The curative effect,EEG focal discharge condition and EEG epilepsy discharge frequency of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of the two groups had no statistically significant difference（u =1.20,P 〉 0.05）.The EEG focal discharge frequency and focal discharge position of the two groups after treatment had no statistically significant differences（u =1.71,1.78,P 〈 0.05）.The EEG epileptiform discharge frequencies of the children in both groups in awaking period,fast-wave sleep and slow-wave sleep stage allreduced significantly after treatment （P 〈 0.05）,and the reduction of Xifeng capsule group was more significant than that of carbamazepine group（P 〈 0.05）.Con clusion Xifeng capsule is as effective as carbamazepine in treating benign childhood epilepsy of central temporal spikes in controlling clinical seizures,but it is better than carbamazepine in improving electroencephalogram.
