高压氧联合心理干预治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效观察

目的观察高压氧合并心理干预治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效。方法将64例PSD患者以病情相匹配的原则分为治疗组和对照组各32例,分别给予高压氧和心理干预治疗及帕罗西汀口服治疗,比较2组治疗前后的抑郁评分(HAMD)、神经功能缺损评分(MESSS)、认知能力评分(MMSE)和日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)。结果2组治疗后HAMD和MESSS评分均降低,MMSE和MBI评分均增加(P均0.05),2组比较6周时无显著性差异(P均0.05),12周时治疗组各项评分均显著优于对照组(P均0.05)。结论高压氧联合心理干预能够改善脑卒中后抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,提高患者认知能力及神经功能。

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined psychological intervention on post-stroke depression

Objective It is to observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined psychological intervention in treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods 60 patients with PSD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients were treated with HBO combined with psychological intervention in treatment group,and with treated with paroxetine in control group.The scores of HAMD,MESSS,MMSE and MBI were compared in 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Results The scores of HAMD and MESSS were decreased,the scores of MMSE and MBI were increased significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in scores between the two groups were found after 6 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The reduction scores of HAMD and MESSS and the increase scores of MMSE and MBI in treatment group were significantly greater than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HBO and psychological intervention can improve depressive symptoms,cognitive impairment and neurological function.
