摘    要:目的:探讨弓状核(ARC)内注射微量5-HT对电针足三里穴调节胃运动的影响.方法:采用霍耳效应原理慢性记录胃运动的变化.结果:通过ARC内埋植不锈钢插管注入2μ1生理盐水,不影响电针的抑制效应;而向ARC内注入5-HT1μg/2μ1时,则电针的抑制效应增强.结论:ARC内微量注射5-HT增强电针对胃的抑制,ARC内的5-HT可能参与电针对胃的抑制效应.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect on gastric motility while pricking Zusanli Point with electroacupuncutre after the microinjection of 5-hydroxytrypthamine (5-HT) into hypothalamic arcuate (ARC) in rabbits.Methods:The rabbits were divided into four groups:normal group;imbedding tube group;NaCl group;5-HT group.The gastric movement was recorded chronically according to Hall's effect principle.Results:No difference on gastric movement between normal group and imbedding tube group in rabbits and thus showed that imbedding tube group didn't interfere the electroacupuncture inhibitory effect on gastric motility and its frequency.And injection of NaCl didn't influence the effect,either.Nevertheless,obvious difference between NaCl group and 5-HT group showed that microinjecting 5-HT into ARC could potentialize apparently the acupuncture inhibitory effect on the gastric movement in rabbits.Conclusion:The electroacupuncutre inhibitory effect on gastric motility in rabbits could be enhanced by microinjecting 5-HT into ARC.5-HT in ARC possibly participated the electroacupuncture inhibitory effect on gastric motility in rabbits.
