| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种新方法来检测卷烟烟丝和烟气中补骨脂的二种主要成分-补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。方法：采用固相微萃取顶空取样和气相色谱-质谱-选择离子检测法。结果：成功检测到了卷烟烟丝和烟气中的补骨脂的主要成分-补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。结论：本方法灵敏度高，重现性好，对目标化合物能实现简便、快速地检测。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a new method to detect the two components of Psoralea corylifolia as a additive in cigarette and smoke. METHODS: The SPME-GC-MS-SIM was used. RESULTS: The components (psoralen, isopsoralen)have been detected respectively. CONCLUSION:The method has high sensitivity and fine repeatability. It can be applied to detect objects rapidly and simply. |
