| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨两种不同的低能量铜蒸气激光对骨髓及脐血造血细胞的刺激作用及与集落刺激因子（ＣＳＦ）作用的关系。方法 应用５１０．６ｎｍ和５７８．２ｎｍ两种波长的低能量铜蒸气激光（绿光和黄光）照射各组的人胎骨髓及脐血造血细胞，分别加入ＣＳＦ，体外培养后计数ＧＭ－ＣＦＵｃ集落数，并与单用ＣＳＦ组、单用激光组及对照组（未用激光照射及（ＣＳＦ）比较。结果 两种波长鲷蒸气激光照射骨髓或脐血造血细胞均能使ＧＭ－ＣＦ
