| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析26例主动脉夹层螺旋CT表现。结果26例主动脉夹层螺旋CT均显示双腔和撕裂的血管内膜片，其中DeBacKeyⅠ型9例，Ⅱ型2例，Ⅲ型15例。CT主要征象表现为不同密度的真假双腔发现剥离的内膜及钙化内移的内膜，并可以观察受累主动脉的分支和范围。结论螺旋CT增强扫描以及图像重建能迅速、准确诊断主动脉夹层，为临床及时诊断和治疗提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT scanning in diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods The characteristic features of spiral CT scanning in 26 cases of aortic dissection were retrospectively studied and analyzed. Results The images of 26 cases of aortic dissection showed double - lumen and teared intimal fragments of vessel. Among them, DeBackey Type Ⅰ was seen in 9 cases, Type Ⅱ in 2 cases and Type m in 15 cases. The main characteristic findings of CT scanning were true and false lumens with different density and separated intimal flaps and inward moved calcified intima, and the involved branch and scope of aorta can be observed. Conclusion SCTA and reconstruction of image can rapidly and accurately diagnose aortic dissection, and it may also provide objective evidence for clinical prompt diagnosis and treatment. |
