| Abstract: | Strengthening hospital archive management does not only require the attention and support of hospital leaders, but also need the proper awareness of the employees and improvement of archive personnel＇s quality. This pa- per proposes the necessary measures to strengthen hospital archives management on the basis of the actual conditions of hospital archive management. |
