| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清结核杆菌抗体快速免疫色谱检测技术在肺结核与肺癌和肺结节病鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 采用ＩＣＴ－ＴＢ快速免疫色谱测试卡（简称ＩＣＴ－ＴＢ卡）检测已明确诊断的肺结核病人７７例（其中痰涂片阳性组３２例），肺癌病人３５例，肺结节病病人１７例。结果 肺结核组阳性率６７．５％（５２／７７），其中痰涂片阳性组的阳性率为９０．６％（２９／３２）；肺癌组的阳性率为２．９％（１／３５）；肺结节病组１７例全
