幽门螺杆菌感染与新疆地区原发性胃淋巴瘤的相关性研究

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染与新疆地区原发性胃淋巴瘤（PGL）的关系。方法观察49例原发性胃淋巴瘤的组织形态，并用免疫组织化学Envision二步法对其进行CD20，CD79a，CD3，CD45RO标记。分别采用幽门螺杆菌抗体（抗HP）和亚甲蓝对胃淋巴瘤组织切片进行HP染色。并选择42例慢性活动性胃炎做对照。结果49例胃淋巴瘤依据组织形态分为MALT淋巴瘤22例，非MALT淋巴瘤27例，抗liP阳性率分别为40％和12．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；亚甲蓝染色阳性率分别为30％和12．5％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。HP感染与性别、年龄、民族无明显相关性（P〉0．05），两种染色方法之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论幽门螺杆菌感染与新疆原发性胃MALT淋巴瘤之间有一定的相关性，新疆地区原发性胃淋巴瘤中幽门螺杆菌的阳性率偏低，免疫组化法和亚甲蓝染色法检测HP感染无差别。

Helicobacter Pylori infection and the primary gastric lymphoma in Xinjiang

Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori （HP） infection and primary gastric lymphoma （PGL） in Xinjiang. Methods The pathologic features of 49 cases of PGL were studied along with immunohistochemical study of antibodies including CD20, CD79a, CD3, CD45RO. HP were stained with anti-HP and methylene blue. Choose 42 cases of chronic activated gastritis as a control. Results There were MALT lymphoma 22 cases and non-MALT lymphoma 27 cases, The anti-HP positive rate is 40 % and 12.5%, with a statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the methylene blue positive rate is 30% and 12.5%, with no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. HP infection has irrelevant to gender, age, and nationality. The difference of two stain methods is not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusions There is some correlation between HP infection and the primary gastric lymphoma in Xinjiang. The HP positive rate in primary gastric lymphoma in Xinjiang is low. Detect the HP infection by immunohistochemistry or methylene blue has not significant difference.
