阻塞性黄疸大鼠脾脏Th_1/Th_2细胞因子免疫状态的研究

目的　探讨阻塞性黄疸大鼠血浆及脾脏 Th1 / Th2 细胞分泌状态的变化。方法　将 80只大鼠分为对照组 ( 2 0只 )和阻塞性黄疸 A组 ( 2 0只 )、B组 ( 2 0只 )、C组 ( 2 0只 ) ,用酶联免疫吸附 ( EL ISA)法分析大鼠腔静脉血及脾静脉血干扰素 - γ( IFN- γ)、白细胞介素 ( IL) - 2、IL- 10蛋白水平的改变。结果　阻塞性黄疸组腔静脉血、脾静脉血 IFN- γ、IL- 2高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 IL- 10低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。脾静脉血 IL- 2低于腔静脉血 IL- 2( P<0 .0 5 ) ,脾静脉血 IL- 10高于腔静脉血 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论　阻塞性黄疸大鼠存在 Th1 / Th2 细胞的免疫失衡 ,其中脾脏参与了阻塞性黄疸后机体免疫调节

A study on the spleen Th1/Th2 cytokines immunological condition in obstructive jaundice rats

Objective To study the plasma and spleen Th 1/Th 2 cytokines expression condition in the obstructive jaundice rats.Methods Eighty rats were randomly divided into obstructive jaundice A group (n=20),obstructive jaundice B group (n=20),obstructive jaundice C group (n=20) and control group (n=20).The expression levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-10 in superior vena cava and spleen vena blood were detected by ELISA method.Results In the obstructive jaundice,IFN-γ and IL-2 levels in superior vena cava and spleen vena were higher than those in control group (P<0.05),IL-10 levels were lower (P<0.05).IL-2 levels in spleen vena blood were lower and IL-10 levels were higher than in superior vena cava blood (P<0.05).Conclusion Imbalance of Th 1/Th 2 cytokines immunological condition was studied in obstructive jaundice rats.The spleen plays an role in immunoregulation after obstructive jaundice.
