| 摘 要： | 本文报告了6例先天性纯红障患儿,并对其治疗前后Hb,Ret,Bpc及骨髓象进行了动态观察.发现激素治疗后Ret平均上升时间为11天,Hb紧随其后升高,Bpc明显高于治疗前水平,且与Hb上升幅度一致;骨髓红系统增生恢复的同时,增多的原始、幼稚及成熟淋巴细胞比例恢复正常,认为这一变化与其免疫发病机理有关. |

| Abstract: | Affiliated hospital. ENSHI MEDICAL INSTITUTE ABSTRACT. In this paper 6 cases of CPRCA were reported and the HB, Ret, BPC,BM of these cases had been abserved actively before and after therapy.The mean increasing time of Ret was 11 days and the level of Hb increased a little later .The BP C counts were apparantly higher than before and the increasing degree was co-or dinated with HB.The BM growth of red cell system recuvered accompanied with normality of lymphocyte system which was higher level before therapy, and the auther considered it to be related to the immunopathic machanism of this disease. |
