| 摘 要： | 目的：降低传染病病人对手术的恐惧、焦虑，提高其手术适应能力、配合能力和手术的安全性。方法：回顾传染病手术病人339例的资料，对他们进行术前、术中、术后护理。结果：除1例护理无效外，其余都收到较好的效果。病人都以最佳的身心状态接受手术，降低了患者和家属对传染病手术的恐惧、焦虑。体会：通过我们术前访视、术中护理及术后随访，给予患者必要的心理支持及对此种传染病的健康指导，一方面提高了病人和家属对此种传染病手术的认识、预防；另一方面减少护患纠纷，提高了护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To reduce patients＇ fear of surgery and improve their adjustment and cooperation ability in surgery.Methods： Making a retrospective analysis of 339 cases of surgery patients and caring them before, in and after surgery, Results：338 cases had good effects.Conclusion： Psychological support and healthy guidance of patients are important which can not only enhance patients＇ recognition of disease but also improve the care quality. |
