| Abstract: | Doctor-patient relationship has become a pain spot of whole society in recent several years. This article analyzed the reason of nedical disputes increasing day and day, and introduced the countermeasure for solving these issues, which including specification of ethics and norality to regulate doctor-patient relationship, consummation of medical insurance system, effective dredge by media and flawlessness the system of surveillance and administration. |
