成人腹主动脉分支长度和外径的测量

目的掌握腹主动脉及其分支血管的位置、长度和管径,以指导外科临床各种插管操作。方法采用血管X线造影、剥离、血管铸型,分别对32具成人尸体的腹主动脉及其分支血管的位置、长度、外径进行观测和相关统计分析,提供腹主动脉及其部分分支血管的位置、管径及长度的具体数据。结果肝总动脉外径4.72±0.12 mm,胃左动脉外径3.11±0.09 mm,胃右动脉外径1.89±0.05 mm,脾动脉长度66.0±15.0 mm、外径9.74±3.0 mm,胰十二指肠下动脉长度12.9±8.20 mm、外径2.81±0.96 mm,中结肠动脉长度36.8±21.3 mm、外径3.50±1.70 mm,右结肠动脉长度39.7±18.0 mm、外径2.48±0.60 mm等。结论为临床上进行选择性动脉造影、微创术、动脉栓塞疗法和动脉插管化疗提供具体的参考数据。

Measurement of Length and Caliber of Adult Abdominal Aorta and its Branch

Objective To observe the length and outer diameter of abdominal aorta and its branch,and provide some anatomical documentation for clinical application of selective arteriography,arterial embolism therapy and arterial cannulation chemotherapy. Methods The abdominal aorta and branch were taken from 32 adult cadavers.The length,outer diameter were observed with angiography of X-rays,dissection and blood vessel cast mould. Result The outer diameter of common hepatic artery was 4.72±0.12 mm,left gastric artery was 3.11±0.09 mm,right gastric artery was 1.89±0.05 mm;the length of splenic artery was 66.0±15.0 mm and the outer diameter was 9.74±3.0 mm;the length of inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery was 12.9±8.20 mm and the outer diameter was 2.81±0.96 mm;the length of middle colic artery was 36.8±21.3 mm and the diameter was 3.50±1.70 mm;the length of right colic artery was 39.7±18.0 mm and the outer diameter was 2.48±0.60 mm. Conclusion The position and caliber of the abdominal aorta and its branch,were advantageous to make use of selective arteriography,micro injury operation,arterial embolism therapy and arterial cannulation chemotherapy in clinic.
