| 摘 要： | 随着年龄增长,面部皮肤、软组织、骨骼以及支撑结构会发生改变,共同导致面部老化。自体脂肪组织由于具有独特的优点,被公认是目前最理想的填充材料,广泛应用于面部年轻化。面部脂肪室的最新研究成果为面部精细脂肪移植提供了解剖学依据,提高了脂肪移植的远期效果。恰当的脂肪移植量有助于提高脂肪存活率、改善面部皮肤质地和面部轮廓。但是,如何把握移植的具体数量以确保移植存活率,从而实现面部年轻化是至今仍无定论的问题。本文通过复习文献就自体脂肪移植量对脂肪存活率及脂肪移植远期效果影响的研究现状做一综述。

| Abstract: | Changes in the skin,soft tissues,bones and supporting structures of the face as we age can all contribute to facial aging.Because of its unique advantages,autologous adipose tissue is recognized as the most ideal filling material at present and widely used in facial rejuvenation.The latest research results of facial fat chamber provide anatomic basis for facial elaboration fat transplantation and improve the long-term effect of fat transplantation.However,how to control the specific quantity of transplants to ensure transplant survival rate is still an open question.In this paper,the research status of the quantity of autologous fat transplantation on the survival rate of fat cells and the long-term effects of fat transplantation were summarized. |
