| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CA125、CA724联合检测对卵巢肿瘤诊断的价值。方法:用化学发光法测定178例卵巢肿瘤患者(良性肿瘤93例、卵巢癌85例)血清的CA125水平,用免疫放射法检测CA724含量;并与102例正常人作对照。结果:卵巢癌患者CA125、CA724水平显著高于正常对照组和良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。对于卵巢癌患者CA125、CA724联合检测可明显提高卵巢癌阳性检出率。结论:CA125、CA724联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断有重要参考价值,弥补了单独检测CA125的不足。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the value of detecting serum CA125 and CA724 in diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods：Microparticle enzyme immunoassay（MEIA） was used to detect serum CA125 level in 178 patients,in which 93 were benign cases and 85,malignant,and immunoradiometric assay（IRMA）was for CA724 determination. One hundred and two healthy subjects were recruited as controls. Results：The levels of both CA125 and CA724 in cases of malignant ovarian tumors were significantly higher as compared with those of the benign and controls（P0.05）. Conclusion：Combined CA125 and CA724 detection is of important value in diagnosis of ovarian tumors and may bridge the gap of single determination of CA125 in differential diagnosis. |
