| 摘 要： | 目的分析关节镜下不同方法修复半月板损伤的效果，寻找半月板损伤修复较适用的方法。方法随访208例232个半月板损伤镜下修复的病人，对其疗效进行分析．结果镜下半月板缝合优于半月板部分切除成形术，更优于半月板次全切除成形术。结论应尽量避免完全切除半月板，完好部分应予保留修整成形。

| Abstract: | Objectivc To evaluate results of 208 cases of meniscal repaired By arthroscopy and to present good method of meniscal repairment.Methods Their effects under arthroscopy were analysizcd in a series of 208 patient with mcniscal injuries.Results The Best effect was accquircd By arthroscopic meniscal suture, and partial meniscotomy was perior to most meniscotomy.Conclusion It is suggested that injuried meniscus treated By apposotion suture or save the most of normal meniscus and avoid meniscotomy. |
