| 摘 要： | 目的为观察血塞通注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法将146例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组84例(血塞通注射液治疗)和对照组62例(复方丹参注射液治疗),两组均治疗14天为1个疗程。观察患者治疗前后的症状、心电图、血黏度变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为62.91%(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液治疗各类冠心病疗效确切,并具有改善血液流变学的作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Xuesaitong Injection" in the treatment of coronary heart disease,146 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 84 cases were treated with"Xuesaitong Injection"and control group in which 62 cases were treated with "Compound Danshen Injection",with a course of 14 days. The clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram and blood viscosity were observed. Result:The total effective rate was 92.86% in treatment group and 62.91% in control group,P < 0.05. It is showed that this Injection has positive effect on coronary heart disease and blood viscosity. |
