RF固定椎体间融合治疗腰椎滑脱症

目的总结RF固定椎体间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法将 1998年 9月至 2 0 0 3年 10月 2 8例腰椎滑脱症经彻底减压、RF复位固定、椎间植骨融合治疗进行回顾性分析。观察项目包括 :复位程度、椎间融合情况、临床症状体征改善情况。结果 2 8例腰椎中、重度滑脱症患者经治疗后优良率达 91.4 %。结论对于中、重度腰椎滑脱症患者采用彻底减压、RF复位固定、椎体间植骨融合治疗 ,能达到理想的临床治疗效果。

RF Fixation in Intervertebra for Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective To summarize the therapeutic' effect of RF fixation in intervertebra for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods To retrospectively analyse 28 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis admitted from September, 1998 to October, 2003. The patients were treated by thorough decompression, RF reduction and fixation and intervertebra bone grafting.Observation items include reduction extent, intervertebral fusion, clinical physical sign improvement.Results It shows that the rate of excellent and good was 91.4% by treating the 28 serious lumbar spondy-lolisthesis patients. Conusion The treatment of thorough decompression,RF reduction and fixation and intervertebra bone grafting to the patients with serious lumbar spondylolisthesis can result into satisfying therapeutic effect.
