| 摘 要： | 目的比较现行常用的全中枢神经系统照射的几种方法的优缺点,找出更加合理的照射新方法.方法以国内外现有全中枢神经系统照射的方法进行分析,评估其优缺点,加以改进后,经数学计算总结出照射新方法的通用公式,在高精度加速器上得以实现的.结果经对比分析,以数学记算的方法得出的等中心照射技术较原有照射技术更合理.结论以数学计算为基础的等中心全中枢照射技术具有实用性.

| Abstract: | Objective Compared the old radiotherapy methods of whole central nerveous system,look for the advantage and disadvantage of these measure and to seek a new sound measure.Methods To analyses the old radiotherapy methods of whole central nerveous system,to evaluate the advantage and disadvantage and then to mend them by mathematics,sum up a new,currency formula.Results After comparing the advantage and disadvantage of the old radiotherapy methods of whole centra nervous system,we think the isocenter irradiation method which from mathematics is better than the old radiotherapy.The isocenter irradiation method of whole central nervous system,from mathematics,is practicability. |
