探讨心理护理干预对糖尿病患者心理状态及治疗依从性的影响

目的：探讨糖尿病患者经心理护理干预后心理状态及治疗依从性的影响.方法：选取在我院治疗的86例糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组43人,两组在护理干预前给予汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMA）和焦虑量表（SAS）进行评定,对照组给予糖尿病常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理,护理1个月后,再次运用HAMA和SAS进行评定,同时采用昆明医学院陈孜慧报道的方法进行治疗依从性的评定.结果：两组患者在不同护理干预前的HAMA、SAS评分无显著差异（P〉0.05）,在护理干预后有显著差异（P〈0.05）;各组组患者在护理干预前后的HAMA、SAS评分有显著差异（P〈0.05）;实验组患者治疗依从性好的占81.40%,而对照组患者治疗依从性好的占60.47%,X2=4.57,P〈0.05.结论：糖尿病患者在常规护理的基础上加强心理护理干预能较好的改善患者的心理状态和治疗依从性.

Explore the influence of psychological status and treatment compliance of diabetes patients with mental nursing intervention

Objective：To explore the influence of psychological status and treatment compliance of diabetes pati.ents wl.th mental nursing interven- tion. Methods：Choose 86 diabetes patients treated in our hospital, randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,each group has 43 people,two groups evaluated with Hamilton depression rating scale before（HAMA）and anxiety scale（SAS）in the nursing intervention, the control group care to conventional nursing, and the expcrlmental group give psychological care in the basis of conventional care, care a month, use HAMA and SAS assess once again,and at thc same time use the mcthod reported by Chen Zi hui in Kun Ming medical school to evaluate treatment compliance. Result：The HAMA,SAS score of two groups patients bcforc different nursing intervention was no significant difference（P〈0.05） ,after nursing in- tervention their score was significant difference（P〈0.05） ;the HAMA, SAS score of each group patients before and after the nursing intervention was a significant differencc（P〈0.05） ;the good treatment compliance of the experiment group was 81.40% ,whereas the control group was 60.47%, X2 = 4.57, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Diabetes patients used the psychological nursing intervention in based on the basic nursing care can strengthen better to improve mental state and treatment compliance.
