TCT检查与宫颈涂片联用阴道镜检查诊断宫颈病变的临床观察

摘要：目的：探讨TCT检查与宫颈涂片联用阴道镜检查诊断宫颈痛变的情况。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年12月至2011年12月收治的宫颈病变患者1666例的l临床资料。结果：TCT与阴道下病检慢性宫颈炎、CINI、CINⅡ、CINIH以及宫颈癌相比差并均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：TcT检查与宫颈涂片联合阴遣镜检查可以提高宫颈病变的诊断率。

TCT examination and cervical/vaginal smears endoscopy diagnosis clinical observation of the cervical lesions

Abstract：Objective：Examination and the cervix smear TCT/vaginal endoscopy diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods： Retrospective analysis in Deeemher 2008 to December 2011 patients with, cervical lesions were the clinical data of 1666 patients. Result：With vaginal TCT under inspection dis- ease, chronic cervicitis CIN l , CIN 11 , CINI]] and cervical cancer difference in both not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The cervix smear TCT examination and joint vaginal mirror can improve the cervical lesions check diagnosis rate.
