针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者60例临床观察

目的：观察针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效.方法：选择120例脑卒中偏瘫病人,随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组给予针刺配合康复训练治疗,对照组给予单纯针刺治疗,疗程满2个月后将两组治疗前后BI指数和FMA积分进行对比分析.结果：治疗前两组的BI指数和FMA积分差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组这两项指标均有不同程度改善,且两组比较差异显著,观察组的改善程度明显大于对照组（均P〈0.01）.结论：针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效优于单纯针刺治疗.

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 60 cases of Stroke Hemiplegia with Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training

Objective：To observe therapeutic effects of treating stroke hemiplegia with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. Methods.. 120 patients with stroke were randomly divided into a observation group and a control group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and the control group was treated with acupuncture exclusively. The index BI with FMA integration were compared and analyzed before and after two months of treatment for both groups. Result：There is no significant difference（P〉0. 05）between index BI and FMA integration pre-treatment. The two indexes improved to some degree and statistical difference post--treatment was found between the two groups. The degree of improvement in observation group is much grater than that in the controls（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The treatment of stroke hem- iplegia with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is more effective than that of treating with acupuncture exclusively.
