摘    要:目的综合评价rad52 rs11226(C〉T)与癌症发病风险的关联。方法全面检索文献,对单核苷酸多态性位点rad52 rs11226与肿瘤关联的病例-对照研究结果进行Meta分析,并进行肿瘤类型和人群的亚组分析。结果共7篇文献纳入Meta分析,累计病例5 915例,对照10 992例。rad52 C等位基因相对于T等位基因导致肿瘤发病的OR值为0.94(95%CI:0.86-1.04,P=0.24),差别无统计学意义。结论尚无证据说明rad52 rs11226(C〉T)多态与肿瘤易感性有关联,但仍需进一步探讨基因-基因和基因-环境的交互作用。
