卢湾区妇幼保健工作网格化管理工作模式探讨

目的:探讨妇幼保健工作网格化管理工作模式。方法:将辖区内全户籍人口的基础信息、妇女儿童相关信息、预防保健和儿童缺陷发现等指标按照网格形成前后的数据比较,分析原因,找出问题关键再提出对策。结果:网格化管理提高了信息收集的准确性和及时性,提高了非常住户籍人口中妇女儿童保健管理水平,使区域的所有妇女儿童能够享受到平等的保健服务水平。结论:妇幼保健工作网格化管理是1种全新的模式。着力解决暂住户口、流动人口等非常住户籍妇女儿童保健工作中的难点问题,成立社区妇幼信息网络队伍,建立社区妇幼保健对象早发现机制,使非常住户籍人口的孕产妇系统管理、儿童系统管理和计划免疫“四苗”接种等指标达到或基本达到常住户籍人口妇幼保健水平,真正实现全户籍人口妇幼保健服务全覆盖。
